This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from all responsibility and agree to its terms of use.

2. Eligibility
Open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Employees of Shuman Bah International Ltd, their immediate families, or anyone connected with the giveaway are not eligible.
Entrants must have a public Instagram profile at the time of winner selection.

3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway:

  • Follow @itsypets on Instagram

  • Like the official giveaway post

  • Tag two pet-loving friends in the comments

Optional Bonus: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @itsypets

Each comment with two different tagged accounts counts as one valid entry (or two comments with one tag per comment). No limit on entries. Inactive or spam accounts will be disqualified.

4. Giveaway Period
Opens: Thursday, 25 April 2025
Closes: Thursday, 15 May 2025 at 11:59 PM (BST)

Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.

5. Prizes
There will be two winners:

Each winner will receive:

  • 1x ITSY Pets Dry Shampoo Starter Pack for Dogs and Cats

Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be randomly selected using a verified comment picker tool (e.g., Simpliers).
Bonus entries via Stories will be manually added to the draw.
Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message by Sunday, 18 May 2025.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.
Confirmed winners will be announced on our Instagram feed and stories.

7. Delivery
Prizes will be dispatched within 7 working days of confirmation.
Free shipping is included within the UK only.
We are not responsible for courier delays or damages.
Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the recipient (not expected within the UK).
