We are introducing 10ml liquid refills packaged in a glass bottle with an aluminium cap, chosen for their durability, recyclability, and ability to preserve product freshness without contributing to plastic waste. 100% plastic-free and fully recyclable. Each refill is lightweight, easy to store, and eliminates unnecessary plastic waste.

Each 10ml liquid refill is designed to last approximately one month with regular use, depending on the size and activity level of your pet. Simply pour the refill into the reusable bottle, add water, shake, and it's ready to use!

Now, we’re taking the next step in our mission. Introducing the ITSY Pets Mousse Shampoo Starter Pack - our most requested innovation yet. We’ve moved from our original 10ml refill format to a high-capacity 30ml concentrated glass refill system, specifically designed to handle full-body baths for dogs of all sizes.

ITSY Pets began with a story that continues to inspire everything we do - a story rooted in love, loyalty, and purpose.

At the heart of it is Mia, a little French bulldog who meant the world to our founders. She wasn’t just a pet- she was family. Mia shared an extraordinary bond with their young son. They were best friends and adventure buddies, growing up side by side in a world full of curiosity and affection. That bond- so pure and unbreakable- became the foundation of something greater.

“ITSY” is named after their son, a tribute to that beautiful connection. And the brand itself was born to honour Mia’s memory - to carry forward the love she brought into their lives and transform it into something lasting.
