At ITSY Pets, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and securely. We currently ship from our fulfilment location in the UK, and we serve customers across the UK and select international destinations. This Shipping Policy outlines important details regarding delivery timelines, shipping costs, and responsibilities.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
✅ United Kingdom (Mainland & Remote Areas)
✅ Select International Destinations (Please check at checkout for availability)
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries due to carrier limitations.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed the next working day (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) on Friday will be processed on Monday or the next working day.
Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use trusted courier services such as Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, and UPS to ensure your package arrives safely. Estimated shipping times are:

4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and package weight.
- Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (check promotions at checkout).
🛑 Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders):
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. ITSY Pets is not responsible for delays due to customs.
- If an order is returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect address, a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued once the item is received in unused condition.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.
If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@itsypets.uk.
6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking information first.
- If a package is lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, ITSY Pets is not responsible, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

7. Shopify Integration & Order Fulfillment
As a Shopify-based business, all orders placed through our website (www.itsypets.uk) are securely processed and fulfilled within our Shopify system. You will receive automated updates from Shopify regarding your order status, including confirmation, shipping updates, and delivery notifications.
Our Shopify store integrates directly with trusted UK couriers, ensuring smooth order processing and real-time tracking.
8. Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, the estimated shipping timeframe will be displayed at checkout. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together unless otherwise specified.
9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If your package is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unpaid customs duties (for international orders)
We will notify you, and you may choose:
- Reshipment (additional shipping fees apply)
- Refund (excluding shipping costs)
